The System Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and developing IT infrastructure, ensuring high-quality support for internal stakeholders, and driving the adoption of innovative technologies to solve business challenges.
Core Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
• Manage and develop IT infrastructure, including cloud data centers and network devices.
• Provide day-to-day support to regional colleagues, ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Implement automation initiatives to optimize workflows and processes.
• Administer and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including servers, network devices, and operating systems.
• Configure and maintain security protocols for network devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and M365 administration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills with fluency in English.
