DURA TILES is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and hands-on experience with SAP B1. The role requires a high level of accuracy, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the tiles/building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth functioning of the accounting department
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring credit control and timely collections
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and maintain banking relationships
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, etc.)
• Manage and maintain SAP B1 accounting modules, including data accuracy and financial entries
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost management, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Coordinate and support audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
• Supervise and train accounting staff to maintain high performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-6 years minimum experience in a similar finance/accounting managerial role
• Mandatory experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry-specific practices
• Hands-on experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and transaction management
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Industry experience in tiles/building materials is highly preferred
