We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our team at The Circle Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue payments through consistent follow-ups, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections. This position involves close coordination with the Accounts department to verify client documentation and transaction history while maintaining accurate recovery records.

Candidates with prior experience in the real estate sector, particularly in commercial and corporate buildings, will be preferred. A competitive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
•  Negotiate and implement effective repayment plans
•  Maintain accurate and updated recovery records
•  Achieve assigned recovery targets consistently
•  Coordinate with the Accounts team to validate client documentation and transaction history

Required Qualifications:

• M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recovery or collections (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of recovery processes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection deadlines
