| Job Description: |
To handle all taxation and corporate compliance matters, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file income tax, sales tax and withholding returns.
- Manage corporate filings with SECP, FBR, and other regulators.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with authorities.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and statutory records.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and NOCs.Monitor changes in tax and corporate laws and advise management
