| Job Description: |
- Maintain daily stock entries (in and out) of third-party inventory in Excel sheets.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of all stock movements.
- Order Receipt: Upon receiving orders from the Sales Department , review and confirm the list of materials.
- Material Check: Verify if all required materials are available. If there is any shortage, immediately inform the Manager of Corporate Sales for further action.
- Order Forwarding: If materials are available in full, forward the order to the Production Department and issue all necessary materials for production.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to monitor the completion of orders according to the production plan.
- Track production schedules to ensure timely delivery and completion of orders.
- Receive finished products from Production, including any remaining materials, as well as accounting for any loss or waste during the production process.
- Ensure all materials are properly documented and reconciled.
- Ensure the finished products are handed over to third-party clients as per established procedures and timelines.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock entries related to each job order in the Excel sheet, ensuring data integrity.
- Act as a support for the Warehouse team, particularly in loading and unloading of third-party vehicles.
- Ensure smooth logistics and timely dispatch of goods.
