We are looking for a skilled and experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator to operate our Heidelberg Printmaster GTO 52 (2-color) printing press. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with this specific model and a strong understanding of the offset printing process. The role requires precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage production deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Heidelberg Printmaster GTO 52 (2-color) offset printing machine.

• Perform make-readies including ink and plate adjustments.

• Monitor printing operations to ensure quality and consistency.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to print quality, registration, or mechanical problems.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

• Ensure correct paper type, ink, and printing plates are used for each job.

• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating Heidelberg GTO 52 or similar offset printing machines.

• Strong understanding of two-color offset printing process and print quality standards.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Flexible to work in shifts if required.
