Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Director – IT to strengthen and drive key functions of our Information Technology division. This role is central to ensuring robust, secure, and future-ready IT infrastructure, while also playing a strategic role in advancing the organization’s digital transformation and technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, andcybersecurity frameworks.

• Lead IT operations including server management, network administration, backups, and systemupgrades.

• Manage IT support and helpdesk services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Coordinate with departments to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.

• Supervise implementation of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other enterpriseapplications.

• Ensure data integrity, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

• Support digital transformation efforts including cloud migration, automation, and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certifications preferred: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA, or ITIL.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, infrastructure, or systems administration.

• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and cloud services.

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Benefits:

• Salary PKR 115,000 – PKR 150,000.
