• Supervisor and lead a team of Warehouse workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve Warehouse goals.
• Plan and organize Warehouse schedules to optimize resources and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Monitor Warehouse processes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate Warehouse records, performance metrics, and reports for management evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Knowledge of software and continuous improvement methodologies.

Salary: 35k to 40k Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00PM Location: Sheran wala, Lahor
