Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop boxing gloves that meet performance, safety, and aesthetic standards.

2. Conduct research on boxing techniques, trends, and competitor products.

3. Create prototypes and samples for testing and feedback.

4. Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.

2. Experience in designing sports equipment or similar products.

3. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
