We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Executive to join our marketing team at MGC Developments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing social media campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms, including advertising and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Meta and Google platforms.

• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with the brand.

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social campaigns.

• Track and analyze performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools.

• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar social media role.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.

• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
