Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and revenue generation.
- Research market trends, analyze opportunities, and assess potential business deals.
Lead Generation and Sales Process:
- Sell Good bricks to construction companies, helping to expand our customer base in the construction industry.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects, moving them through the entire sales cycle
Client Relationship Management and Negotiation:
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Negotiate, close, and finalize business deals by aligning contract requirements with company operations.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead and train the business development team, ensuring they are equipped to meet company objectives and targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the team, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Other Roles:
- Support manufacturing operations in promoting and selling Good Bricks.
- Assist the Manufacturer in the preparation of progress reports, outlining sales performance and business development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and relevant external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new business initiatives with company operations
