The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store or warehouse, ensuring proper inventory control, timely issuance and receipt of goods, and maintaining accurate records. The role ensures smooth and efficient operations to support production and other departments.

• Supervise and manage all store operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock records (physical vs system).
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all inward and outward inventory transactions.
• Monitor material usage trends and provide reports to management for planning and forecasting.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
