Job Description:

Broadstone Technologies is seeking a Technical Writer & Content Creator with experience in developing user manuals, help guides, and other technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating IT/software documentation

• Familiarity with IT service companies and software development processes

• Strong writing and editing skills

• Ability to craft non-plagiarized clear, concise, and user-friendly content

• Experience with white papers, research publications, and marketing materials (including content for flyers, ebooks, playbooks, and business growth guides)

• Ability to write engaging scripts for UGC-style social media video content (good to have)
