Job Description: |
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our Campaign Trucking team in our call center. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering our trucking services to meet those needs. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our trucking campaign through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our trucking services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening and effective questioning.
- Provide detailed information about our trucking services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
3. Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain a high level of motivation and enthusiasm to reach sales goals.
4. CRM Management:
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Track all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM to ensure timely and effective customer interaction.
5. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in our trucking services and industry trends.
- Continuously update knowledge on competitors’ offerings to effectively position our services.
6. Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in a call center environment, is preferred. Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is an advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
