| Job Description: |
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Prepares for monthly and special Board meetings; completes the CEO report, which requires input from all departments and is present to the Board of Directors
- Provides administrative support for the completion of documentation of Board agenda items.
- Provides transcription and dictation of Board meeting
- Other duties as assigned.
