Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products and final expense services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about the products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and objections.
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in insurance and final expenses.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay Structure:

• The starting salary is target-based, beginning at PKR 75,000/-.
• The final salary will depend on the interview and the candidate\'s negotiation skills.
