1. To prepare execution plan, cross sections, IPCs, EPCs, claims (Escalation, insurance, idling), bidding document and final bills.

2. To prepare and submit reports including PMR, ePMR and ePMS on execution plan.

3. To ensure payments record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues.

4. To calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design.

5. To conduct & prepare rate analysis for all materials.

6. To undertake daily visit to project site and ensure progress updates.

7. To prepare & submit the bar bending (design of steel) schedule to consultants for execution of structures.

8. To prepare briefings / presentations both for management as well as clients.

9. To prepare EOT (Extension of Time) for submission to consultant / client.

10. To prepare variation orders (contains variation / enhancement of quotations) for submission to clients.

Any other task as assigned by the Project Manager.
