Job Specification:
- People who have previously lived in the UK will be preferred.
- People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills preferably with foreign accent (British).
- Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
- Self-motivated.
- Good team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
- Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
- Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA
