PetsOne.pk is Pakistan's very first and largest online store for pets' accessories, serving and providing excellent services to all pet lovers since 2015. We are looking for a passionate female team member who can help us build and maintain good relations with our new and old customers.
Core duties will include:
- Phone/Email/Chat Support (Good Communication Skills)
- After Sales Support
- Complaint Resolution
- Upselling
- Social Media Management ( Good Writing and Reading Skills)
We expect you to have a good understanding of eCommerce business, basic understanding of web portals (WooCommerce, Shopify), ability to multitask and good communication skills. |
