Job Description

• Work on Sophos, Cyberoam, Barracuda, Watchguard, Kaspersky, etc.


• Confirm that products meet the prospects requirements and assist sales in technical qualification. Involve in pre-sales, post-sales and installations.


• Articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customers’ technical requirements, and position products relative to competition.


• Perform comprehensive discovery, analysis, and definition of client issues and documents implementation in the form of a technical solution.


• Conduct technical trainings and webinars to train and enable partners engineers.

Job Specifications:

• Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Cyberoam, Sophos, Fortinet, Kaspersky, Barracuda and Cisco. 


• Proven track record of building, and/or deploying technology solutions.


• Proven experience in providing Information security solutions to enterprise clients. Prior technical sales support experience will be considered as a plus point.


• Experienced as a Presales Engineer in network security, installation and management.


• Outstanding pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.


• Prepared Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.


• Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


• Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.


• Possess think on your feet capability.
