| Job Description: |
o Preparation of action plans and revenue budget and forecasting relating to Healthcare Practice
o Maintain SFDC pipeline – regular follow ups on new opportunities and projects with clients/prospects where required. Regular updating SFDC so as to manage the sales pipeline more effectively.
o Where required working on the bid management related work for the new proposals/RFPs
o Executing best possible insurance program for clients after Gap Analysis
o Providing best possible services for the insurance needs of clients relating to Healthcare Practice or as required by the senior management.
o Placements of the risk after negotiating most appropriate terms and conditions and the associated costs with insurers/reinsurers.
o Full Compliance with Aon Broking Guidelines, TRS, E & O Protocols etc.
- Managing the insurance programs of the clients during the full insurance year.
- Monitoring and management of the insurance claims.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients (existing & potential), insurers and reinsurers;
- Keeping detailed records relating to policy/endorsements/invoices/placements/claims (like client cards etc) and completing administrative tasks such as paperwork and correspondence
- Keep up with changes in the insurance market and in clients' industries;
- Collaboration with local and regional teams for optimum team work output and maintaining positive work environment for better results.
- Other duties as may be assigned relating to ARS Retail activities
- Reconciliation of revenue with the Finance and managing the receivables
- Keeping abreast with current trends of the insurance industry in Pakistan
- Keeping full eye on new projects at existing clients and discuss for any changes on regular basis via one to one meetings, phone calls, emails and where possible doing cross selling etc.
