· The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
· - Daily operations and smooth functioning of the branch.
· - Driving quarterly targets through the team.
· - Work in coordination with Manager.
· - Contribute in marketing strategy.

· Handle escalated calls when required and take care of difficult scenarios when necessary.
· Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Regular follow-up with clients.
· Maintaining Database on Daily Basis. Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
· Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
· Previous experience of working in similar capacity at Organization will be preferred
