Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Senior Software Developer / Team Lead to join our growing team at Minds Collide. The ideal candidate will be working on projects to build highly scalable web business application. The candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the  web development

Responsibilities:

Understanding and supporting the existing applications with implementation of new features across our entire range of services

Leading the continual development and improvement of our web applications

Providing critical and timely support to delivery teams through updates, bug fixes and technical assistance

Providing code review services to other members

Discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Production of supporting materials including technical documentation.

Skills Required:

Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project

Hands-on experience of working with the modern web technologies and software architecture

Solid understanding of implementation of web security, session management, data protection and best development practices

Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Manage Multiple Projects in Deadline-Driven Environments

Maintain code integrity and organization

Experience with Multiple Coding Languages

Analyze, Design and Implement Database Structures

Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms and devices

Team player and good interpersonal skills

Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead

Punctual and organized
