We are looking for Call Center Executive that will be the bridge between our company and its current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be acting as a Business Development Manager and will be reaching potential prospects in US and Canada.
Responsibilities will be:
Manage outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Requirements
Previous experience in a B2B cold calling
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (Expert Level English will be preffered Only)
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Experience of work in US Campaigns will be a plus.
