Minimum 1-year experience (Preferably in any Financial institution, Credit Card related services, Online payment solutions provider or After sales support in banking related environment etc.)
- Oversee Siebel workload Managemen
- Ensure thorough investigation and resolution of complaints
- Coordinate with other departments for resolution of customer complaints
- Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures for effective customer handling
- Share feedback/suggestions with line management for process improvement resulting in better customer facilitation
