We looking for an experienced ERP Consultant/developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle implementation of a core product offering within ERPand application development.

The ERP Consultant must have Enterprise level planning experience, with the ability to work on multiple plans across complex and diverse deliverables in developing training materials. They will have overall responsibility for an aggressive piece of delivery with specific and business critical time constraints. The successful candidate must have extensive ERP experience with at least a couple of full-cycle implementations under their belt, being able to oversee the current upgrade to the new CRM System. Added experience in system migration would also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary focus on Sage 50 (Peachtree) & Sage 300 related technologies


• Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Sage applications, working as part of a Sage Project team.


• Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation


• Closely work with project manager and clearly communicating project status


• Conducting thorough requirements reviews and business process reviews


• Creating custom reports, workflows, escalations rules etc. in Sage X3 & Sage 300


• Representing the firm and maintaining client relationships


• Configure a client business solution


• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations


• Provide training to end users, and related documentations


• Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice

Competencies

• 2 - 4 years of ERP Implementation experience


• Experience of using / implementing ‘Sage Products’ is a huge advantage as are other mid-market ERP solutions such as AX/Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, Netsuite, Jeeves, IFS, SAP Business One etc


• Strong knowledge in Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes and practices


• Candidates should possess a background in Manufacturing (Or SCM) and Finance


• Provide pre go live and post go live end user support


• Should have done at least 2 end to end implementations


• Knowledge of Accounting software and principles highly regarded


• Strong industry experience within Manufacturing (Supply Chain Management or Operations Management) and Finance


• Provide configuration, setup, implementation, testing and deployment


• Experience in analysing business requirements and do gap analysis


• Experience of creating large and/or complex Enterprise level plans for projects


• Identifying and maintaining complex dependencies within programme/project plan


• Integration of project plans into a master programme level plan


• Programme identification, reporting and remediation for risks, issues and interdependencies


• Experience of working on CRM/MS Dynamics


• Excellent communication skills


• Rollup of cross-project resources to consolidated resource plans


• Troubleshooting of problems resulting from planning content or planning tool limitations


• Presentation, facilitation, communication and Influencing skills


• Ability to capture and distill key business requirements into functional specification documents


• Good attention to details and ability to express concepts in a concise and logical manner


• Able to proactively manage own workload


• Flexible and adaptable to changing business circumstances


• Experience with finance module


• Certification or Qualifications with relevant ERP products


• Experience with full ERP implementations

Education

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Business would be preferred


• ERP Related certifications will be a plus for this position

• 3 to 4 years in the relevant fields 


• More than 2 years’ experience in similar ERP Products would be appreciable.
