| Job Description: |
- Manage all aspects of the production team goal setting, individual development, and performance.
- Provide technical oversight and expertise as required, and work closely with cross functional managers to ensure quality and achieve delivery targets.
- Drive technical direction of software projects by working with technical leads.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the development.
- Lead the teams to predictably deliver high-quality, scalable software
- Implement KPIs for system and team performance
- Manage and optimize the team’s workflow processes
- Work across other departments to get alignment on dev-related items
- Proactively identify and resolve issues relating to people, product, tech, and process
- Help assist sales teams by going on calls with leads and prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership and management experience of a Development team
- Have a solid understanding of the various mobile technology platforms and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of iOS, Android and Windows Phone platform and operating system capabilities, mobile web technologies, solution architecture requirements, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end development technologies and techniques
- 4-5 years’ Experience in managing a large size development team and project management.
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in web/mobile application project management
- Experience in enterprise app development
- Experience in Cloud Development
- Experience in estimating and scheduling complex project tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and implementation
