Design and assign tasks to civil staff and make sure they perform their duties as per given standards.
Carry out civil work effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of the tasks performed at site.
To review the specifications of client’s drawing and forward quotation to the vendor.
Prepare specifications for purchased material, equipment and/or the solicitations of labor.
To ensure the vendor’s specification is according to client's requirements.
To identify gaps by generating project execution reports plus ensure that the gaps will never appear again
To Assist the Project Manager in coordination, documentation and correspondence.
