Dubai Hair Club, a well-known company, is looking for a Web Designer/Developer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of web content, layouts, design and innovation of company websites.
• Works closely with the program management team, coop team and others to design and execute web based marketing solutions programs/campaigns to meet business objectives
• Develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet the business objectives of the organization.
• Delivers final specifications and provides time estimates on the development of the web design features
• Develops and designs interface, front pages and the tools to navigate a website
• Implements and maintains the web design parameters, style guides and visual standards.
• Manage daily web content additions/changes from a product marketing and integrated marketing perspective.
• Reviews all content before publication to ensure consistent design throughout the entire site.
• Ensure content freshness" by auditing site content monthly, this includes sending reports to product marketing and integrated marketing concerning content expiration. Updates as appropriate.
• Creates website traffic reports and supports users Adobe Site Catalyst.
• Run standard monthly website reports for product marketing and integrated marketing to include general traffic reports and specific results metrics.
• Provide a monthly recap of projects to management.
