The key focus of this opportunity is to help our customers live more comfortably in their homes.  You will work with each person in helping them with various furniture and design projects, spending time doing the following:

• Greeting and partnering with clients to ascertain their needs


• Going to client homes


• Gathering all the information necessary to provide great solutions


• Developing a plan and design presentation with proper solutions and in consideration of their timing and budget


• Presenting  your solutions utilizing your skills and the technology provided to you


• Selling the solutions you present


• Contacting clients and prospects utilizing our customer retention system

Designs include space planning, fabric coordination, product selection and overall project design.  Successful execution is evidenced by developing individualized designs and achieving sales goals in a flexible relationship based selling environment.   Some projects may require a team or partnership based approach.

  Minimum Requirements

• Diploma with a minimum of five (5) years practical  interior design experience   OR  Bachelors degree in a design-related field from an accredited institution preferred with a minimum of one (1) year of practical interior design experience. 


• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques. 


• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.


• Good listening skills with excellent oral and written communication skills also required.


• General understanding of how to utilize Social Media and grass-roots marketing to develop a book of business. Proven experience preferred.  


• Valid driver’s license.
