e-BizSoft is currently looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer for its Lahore Office to provide support for the customers of our products.
Key Responsibilities
· Understand and master the company’s products and services through training and hands-on usage.
· Provide customer support to clients via various communications tools including email, phone, or live chat.
· Gain a technical understanding and can at least analyze root causes and fix non-development issues (i.e. can address technical issues that don’t require development team’s help).
· Troubleshoot products installation and minor issues.
· Provide demonstrations of services and products.
· Interface with the internal teams including product development, quality assurance, and management to communicate support incidents that require upstream attention and/or resolution.
· Document incidents as well as other deliverables such as help files, FAQ, online help, knowledge bases, etc. Be organized and properly update incident tickets, etc.
Experience Required:
· Minimum 3 years in a similar position
· Basic experience with software programming concepts (including databases, user interfaces, websites, and webpages)
· Must be able to use Microsoft Windows efficiently to be able to install, maintain and troubleshoot software products and their underlying and software components
· Must have good verbal and written English communication skills
· Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm United States EST (including Daylight Saving Time)
· Must be customer-oriented and highly responsive; must have an understanding and adherence to SLAs
· ITIL certification will be a plus
