To supervise the following but not limited to:-
- Air-Cooled Variable Refrigerant Volume / Flow (VRV / VRF) Multi-Split Units
- Air Handling Units
- Water Valves & piping specialties
- Chemicals for chilled water
- Instruments & Gauges procured.
- Building Management & Control System (BMCS)
- Automatic Air Vents
- Vibration Isolators for Fans and other equipment procured locally.
- Duct and piping Insulation, Sound Liner, Insulation Tape, Duct sealer, sealing tape, and adhesives.
- Electrical Circuit breakers, contactors, relays, indication and measuring instruments, etc.
- Rawl bolts, Foundation bolts, etc.
- Flexible connections for duct work and Equipment.
- Understanding design drawings and calculations.
