Job Description: |
This position is the first impression and representatives must have excellent sales skills. Representatives work behind a desk for over typically 9 hours a day and have daily goals on productivity. Duties will be performed in a call center environment, and include, but are not limited to the following;
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Cross Selling
- Upsell appointments (when applicable)
- Answering potential customer questions
- Provide existing customers with quality customer service
- Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and taking inbound calls to set appointments for our services
- Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers to remind them of their appointments
- Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center
Ideal candidate will:

- Flexible scheduling availability
- Have strong communication and data entry skills
- Have general PC knowledge, type 40 WPM
Fixed Basic Salary + Commission of Per Sale + WeeklyIncentive + Punchuality Incentive + Target Acheiving Incentive.
Shift Timming:
Its Night Shift. 9 PM TO 6 AM |
