Job Description:

This position is the first impression and representatives must have excellent sales skills. Representatives work behind a desk for over typically 9 hours a day and have daily goals on productivity. Duties will be performed in a call center environment, and include, but are not limited to the following;

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 

  • Cross Selling
  • Upsell appointments (when applicable)
  • Answering potential customer questions
  • Provide existing customers with quality customer service
  • Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and taking inbound calls to set appointments for our services
  • Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers to remind them of their appointments
  • Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center

  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Have strong communication and data entry skills
  • Have general PC knowledge, type 40 WPM

Fixed Basic Salary + Commission of Per Sale + WeeklyIncentive + Punchuality Incentive + Target Acheiving Incentive.

Shift Timming:

Its Night Shift. 9 PM TO 6 AM
