A leading wedding photography and film company is looking for a customer service rep to deal with their clients. The candidate will be doing the following.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Correspondence With Clients and responding to all client inquiries via Phone Call, Email and Social Media
• Meeting Clients for Booking, Pre Shoot Meetings, Deliveries and Picture Selection
• Assisting in all shoots (sometimes on Sundays)
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Research Work (Shoot Ideas, Props & Others)
• Sharing online link with Clients for approvals
• Taking follow ups on Client Albums/Videos
• Coordinating With Client For Event Details
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelors (Masters Preferable)
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Urdu – Verbal as well as written skills
- Ability to read customer requirements
- Positive Charming and smiling personality
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with computers and learning new softwares
- Market Knowledge
