Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Services representative will be required to deal with current and potential clients. This job is divided into three parts,
A) Receiving Calls,
B) Dealing with Client queries,
C) Coordinating with the operations Department.
Preferences:
1. Candidates having call centre experience would be preferred.
2. Command over English is a must.
3. 24/7 internet connectivity and electricity backup is essential for this job.
