Job Description:

A group of Companies engaged in manufacturing of writing instruments Business located in Gujranwala required Accountants Assistant for its Head- Office Gujranwala

Be a good number presenter.
Accounts concepts must be cleared.
Must have advance level command on Excel.
Must have knowledge of ERP will be added advantage.
Must have ability to keep the accounts record update and could report prompt against queries.
Should be keen to learn and having job sincerity.
Must have Ability to work as team player / team leader.
Resident of Gujranwala will be preferred.

Task

Voucher Management, Tax return Preparation, Compilation Of Financial Statements, Invoice Discounting, Account Handlers
Reporting frequently to the manager.
Also have the ability for exception reporting.

Tools:

Microsoft Excel, ERP

Standards:

International Accounting Standards
1. Integrate the tasks of all departments of the company.
2. Have a good command of working inventory flow and its importance by the accounts department.
3. Timely reporting to the higher management in compliance of the regulatory requirements.

Skill Required:

1. Strong Interpersonal skills.

2. Flexibility attitude towards the job.

3. Ability to work independently as part of team.

4. Ability to manage several tasks at once.
