| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- BE in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering
- 5-6 Years of GSM experience preferably in the field of OAN.
Job Description
- Close coordination with Sales Team for resolution of customers facing issues immediately after coordinating with inter departments teams
- Follow up with vendor for Network availability above 99.5 % against his assigned area.
- Follow up with vendor to make sure TCH Availability above 99 % against his assigned area.
- Follow up with vendor to make sure that 100% PM is performed against his assigned area.
- Follow up with vendor for RF TT's and resolution within SLA against his assigned area.
- Follow up with vendors for resolution of T prime accurate fueling at site (according to NOC hours).
- Follow up with RF Planning team so that KPI's (CSSR, DCR TCH blocking) is according to set values.
- Follow up with Vendor for 100% availability of Platinum Sites.
- Ensure 99.99% Fiber optic availability.
- Timely update of outages/Gmail to management and NOC.
- Close coordination with OMO Vendor for resolution of OMO sites.
- Looking after Genset OH project and keep track of all faulty Gensets and coordination with vendor.
Essential Skills - Telecom Non Telecom work knowledge.
