| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate should:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with Specialization in Electrical, Telecommunication, Electronics, Computers (MBA would be preferred)
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a Telecom environment in Business Process Improvement and Standardization roles.
Job Description:
- Focus on Business Process Improvement and quality assurance of Technical and IT systems.
- Document and standardize of current business processes and workflows.
- Review and audit existing processes, identify the shortcomings and bring improvements.
- Identify the areas lacking standardization and formal procedures.
- Develope of new SOPs and workflows to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.
- Develope process KPIs, benchmarks and SLAs.
- Enforce specific practices to ensure that quality standards are maintained and followed.
- Carry out compliance audits to gauge the process efficacy.
- Continuous engagement with respective departments to identify the areas of business process improvement and subsequent development.
- Report to management on key areas of focus and on development activities.
- Expertise and sound understanding of Business Process Frameworks (eTOM, NGOSS).
- Familiarize with standard business process model and notation (BPMN) used in graphical representation of internal business processes.
- Familiarize and experience of software tools for business process development would be an advantage.
- Experience of implementation of Six Sigma, TL9000, ITIL or ISO9000 in a telecom environment.
