| We at CTO 24/7 are looking to hire the services of SQA Team Leads Performance load Testing. The candidates must have minimum qualification of BS in Computer Science.
Required Skillset
- 15+ year experience with performance load testing tools
- Experience leading, planning, executing and coordinating Performance and Load test teams for enterprise system
- Adequate knowledge of Performance and Load testing tools
- Experience in Test status report creation
- Comfortable in an Agile fast paced environment with significant time pressures and ability to do multi-tasking
- Verify completeness and readiness of test environment for testing
- Mentor testing team and guide them during the testing phases
- Research oriented and well versed with up to tools and trends in the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
