The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handling front office
- Administrative duties, including guiding clients, answering phone calls, handling company inquiries, handling emails.
- Updating social media sites (computer and internet knowledge is must)
- Schedule meetings with clients
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Schedule follow-up appointments
