Job Description:

Facilitate training for new hires on our Avatar/Voice programs, Inbound Outbound Sales.

Ensure success of new candidate through our Training Academy Graduation processes.

Up-train our staff to ensure our people are ready to take on new roles. This will contribute to succession planning at Jtel.

Run QA Collaboration sessions and ensure teams are meeting Quality parameters.

Provide Ad-hoc and ongoing support to our QA processes.

Support Operations when needed on project work basis

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role.
Superior communication & presentation skills.
Ability to teach and create a positive learning environment.
Leadership qualities along with the aptitude to drive tasks without any supervision.
