Skill Set Required:

• Hands on experience is required on Level 300 to N
• Excellent knowledge and expertise on SCCM, SCOM, SCDPM, SCSM, SCVMM
• Certified on Any 3 at minimum while should have minimum of level 300 information on all and Level N on any 2

Job Description for Consulting Roles:

• Have sound knowledge, Hands-On Experience and associated certifications in the relation technology domain
• Minimum 2 Years of Delivery Experience as Consultant for the related Technology and Products for SMB Enterprise Customers
• Have good understanding of working with remote/virtual teams and Offshore consulting delivery to customers
• Good understanding of Delivery Management Discipline, Methodologies, Process, Documentation Compliances
• Must be self-motivated, carrying good understanding of business to scope the project, control it and deliver it timely with good quality and customer satisfaction
• Must have excellent Planning and Design Skills for the related technology/Product in order to implement the best possible solution in the given parameters for the customers
• Must be smart in soft skills, to build trusted relationship with customers and associated teams
• Must be good in formal communications, both written and verbal; which includes professional emailing, corporate style of communication fluent in Verbal and written English language
• PMO Reporting Adherence
• Management Customer Reporting for in hand projects
• Proactive in issues management, pushing and guiding attitude toward issues resolution
• Must demonstrate ownership of projects assigned, drive it smartly from beginning to end, following all technical, management and procedural compliance
• Must be a good team player, working professional in multiple teams and cater to the individual and teaming needs of the role
