Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Masters will be preferred
Have 1 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Description:

Empower front end team with suitable tools/ systems to ensure that customer is facilitated and is not routed to other touch point
Ensure optimal NPS for all related touch points
Create visibility of performance reports at MSR level
Ensure that touch points are providing optimal services
Streamline operational systems/ tasks to ensure optimal support at regional end
Maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders
