Establish, maintain and expand customer base of Lantern BI solutions for Oracle EBS in Pakistan.

Responsible for building a sales team and a support team, creating a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting Lantern’s presence in Pakistan’s Oracle EBS market.

Job Tasks

• Create a customer base for Lantern’s BI solution for Oracle EBS in Pakistan.

• Maintain and expand the customer base in Pakistan.

• Develop a competent sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

• Manage the sales administration function by creating operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships, and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force, and sales promotion program plans.

• Coordinate between support department and customers to ensure top-quality customer-service.

• Deployed Oracle EBS at least at three clients as project manager.

• Has a minimum experience of 10 – 12 years in Oracle deployment and client interaction.

• Has good functional knowledge of at least four of the following Oracle EBS modules:

  • General Ledger.

  • Purchasing.

  • Accounts Payable.

  • Order Management.

  • Accounts Receivable.

  • Inventory.
