- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and efficient manner.
- Solving customer problems by providing solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Providing information about the company's products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Stay current with company policies and procedures, product updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM
- Strong telephone skills
- Excellent knowledge of English grammar with effective writing
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center
- Should be a good customer service person who knows how to deal with potential customers
