CyberCO2 is Looking for a technical content writer!

Candidates must have a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the IT industry. You will be responsible for managing content on websites and managing content for blog and web pages.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Conduct research on various technical topics such as finance, banking, digital products and services, software error issues, app error issues, fixes, etc.
•  Produce blog posts, articles, ebooks, online courses, website copy, and other similar text-based c+ontent.
•  Must be able to write on most technical topics comprehensively and conclusively (Proxies, in-depth tech guides, VPNs, programming, software, IT, networks, etc).
•  Prior experience in content creation and writing, preferably technical documentation: IT managed services, Cloud, Network Security, Big data, and AI, DevSecOps/NetSecOps, and Automation
•  Produce well-researched content for on-page and off page articles/blog.
•  Experienced of writing SEO optimized content to maximize the online visibility of the search result.
•  Develop related content for multiple platforms including service description and marketing campaign.
•  Continuous optimization of content development as per the industry dynamics and changing practices.
•  Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
•  Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
•  Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
•  Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
•  Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
•  Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• 2 years + industry experience as an effective technical writer
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Exceptional English language: written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to take feedback positively and bring continuous improvement in content quality
• Prior experience in content creation and writing, preferably technical documentation: IT managed services, Cloud, Network Security, Big data, and AI, DevSecOps/NetSecOps, and Automation
• Solid understanding of SEO and advertisement techniques and best practices
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
• Ability to create the right voice for each social media platform.
• Must be experienced in using Google docs.
• Must have adequate on-page SEO knowledge.
• Exceptional research skills.
