Responsibilities

  • Interacts live with customers.
  • This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer.
  • Input customer inquiries with inhouse software.

Requirements

  • Broad understanding of customer service handling voice support in the Call Center Industry
  • Excellent English communication skills with ability to communicate to all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Relentless enthusiasm for the job at hand and ability to collaborate in team setting
  • Should be able to work according to the Canadian work hours
