| Job Description: |
- Must have 5+ years of experience in RF OPTIMIZATION and PLANNING
- Must have understanding of Nokia LTE features and remedial actions
- Must have hands on experience on Nokia OSS tools
- Must have LTE and VoLTE performance analysis experience (5G PREFERRED)
- Able to perform L1 and L2 triage on immediate basis and mist be self driven ok basic health check and correction techniques
- Must have experience of monitoring and stabilizing newly integrated sites
- Must have experience in troubleshooting network issues, parameter audit, feature impact study and network implementation
- Must be familiar with nokia OSS KPIs
- Must be efficient in optimizing cluster level KPIs
- English communication is preferred
- Must be willing to work in night shift
