| Job Description: |
- Managing HSE at cooperate level and providing leadership to factory HSE team.
- Promoting and ensuring compliance to all relevant HSE and IMS regulations, policies and standards in Group.
- Institutionalization of HSE best practices.
- Reviewing and updating Emergency response plans and EHS system.
- Conducting HSE audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. Implementing and monitoring incident reporting system.
- Developing training programs and providing training to employees on HSE & IMS. Also keep training records.
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure their compliance with company Safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinating with government agencies and regulatory authorities for compliance with legal requirements. Able to submit IEE/ EIA reports to government bodies.
- Must have sound knowledge of International standards like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and different textile Brand COC/ sustainability requirements like ZARA, Inditex, EcoVadis, DeCathalon, Wallmart, IKEA etc.
- Must have experience of establishing and implementing different policies and procedure related to HSE, NEQS, Environmental indicators Emission to Air, Water use, wastewater/ Effluent, Waste management, Energy use, Ozone and carbon Footprint.
