BATIK, a well known garments brand is looking for a Quality Control / Assurance Manager for its production unit in Lahore.

Applicants with a professional background in textile and with relevant experience will be preferred. 

Job Description & other important details are as under.

• Design, implement and improve company/production quality standards.


• Create and implement reports to track progress of each process and check point.


• Assist the recruiting process to ensure higher quality goods.


• Monitor all operations that affect quality.


• Supervise, train, motivate, coach, and correct inspection techniques of employees to ensure that standards are met.


• Keep records of all quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation for continuous improvement.


• Develop history of feedbacks from client; attend meetings with designer, and  submit reports of inspection.


• Facilitate production team to meet production target timelines.


• Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw material, in-process material and finished goods and samples.


• Identify critical areas in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedure to be use to improve quality.


• Monitor outsource testing of quality standards when required.


• Remain up-to date with the best industrial practices and working towards their compliance in unit.
